  • A return request must be made within 7 working days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized shawls.
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as “final sale.”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
